Living with a Forehead Prominence Since My Teenage Years: Why I Finally Chose Surgery

Since I was a teenager, I had a small bump on my forehead. At first, it was barely noticeable, so I didn’t think much about it. Over the years, however, it slowly became more prominent. The growth was so gradual that I almost didn’t realize how much it had changed.

Eventually, I decided it was time to understand what was causing it. I spent a lot of time researching online, learning about forehead bon y prominences and the different conditions that can cause them. I discovered that some are related to bone growth, some are benign masses, and each case requires a different treatment approach.

While searching for experienced surgeons, I repeatedly came across Dr. Akbar Bayat . After reading about his experience in forehead prominence correction and reviewing patient stories, I felt confident that he was the right surgeon for my case.

During my consultation, Dr. Bayat requested an ultrasound. After reviewing the images, he explained that my case was different from most patients he had treated.

Although hearing that made me nervous, the way he carefully explained everything, answered my questions, and discussed the treatment plan gave me complete confidence. I decided to proceed with surgery.

The operation went smoothly, and I recovered well. After the procedure, Dr. Bayat explained that the removed tissue should be sent for pathological examination and asked me to return with the pathology report once it was available.

When we reviewed the results together, he explained that my condition was quite uncommon. He told me that there was a possibility the lesion could grow again in the future, but if it did, the growth would be extremely slow—potentially taking around ten years to become noticeable again.

Because of this, he recommended yearly CT scans so that each new scan could be compared with the previous one. This follow-up plan would allow any changes to be detected early and monitored carefully over time.

It has now been two years since my surgery. Every year, I complete my CT scan and send the results to Dr. Bayat for comparison. Knowing that my condition is being monitored by the same surgeon who treated me gives me tremendous peace of mind.

Looking back, I know I made the right decision. What impressed me most was not only Dr. Bayat’s surgical expertise and knowledge, but also his honesty, compassion, and commitment to his patients. His care did not end after the operation. He continues to follow my progress, explain every result clearly, and make sure I always feel supported.

For me, that combination of professional excellence and genuine humanity made all the difference.

I Came for Nose Surgery, but I discovered the Real Issue Was Something else

For years, I believed the only reason I was unhappy with my appearance was the hump on my nose. That’s why I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Akbar Bayat to discuss rhinoplasty.

After examining me, Dr. Bayat explained that my forehead prominence also played an important role in the overall balance of my face. He told me that correcting both my forehead prominence and my nose at the same time would create a more natural and harmonious result.

I had never thought about my forehead before, so this was completely new to me. Before making my decision, I attended several consultations, researched forehead prominence surgery , and natural rhinoplasty , read through Dr. Bayat’s website, and even spoke with some of his previous patients. All of this gave me the confidence to move forward with the surgery.

Thankfully, both procedures were performed during the same operation, and the outcome was exactly what I had hoped for. My face looks more balanced, and the results feel completely natural.

The positive changes motivated me to lose weight as well. Today, I feel younger, more confident, and happier with my appearance. It is always encouraging to hear family, friends, and colleagues notice the positive changes in my face.

Looking back, my only regret is that I didn’t make this decision sooner. What meant the most to me was not only the surgical result but also Dr. Bayat’s careful evaluation, honest explanations, and genuine care throughout the entire journey. From the first consultation to my follow-up visits, I always felt supported and confident in my decision.

I lived with sinus headaches for years, but My Surgical Outcome Went Beyond My Expectations

As a national basketball player, I had been living with severe sinus headaches since my teenage years. Over the years, I visited many specialists, but despite different treatments, my headaches continued to affect my daily life.

While researching forehead prominence surgery, I came across stories from several of Dr. Akbar Bayat’s patients who said their headaches had improved or completely resolved after surgery. That encouraged me to schedule a consultation.

During my visit, Dr. Akbar Bayat honestly explained that in some patients, depending on the condition of the sinuses and the procedures performed during surgery, headaches may improve or even disappear. However, he also made it clear that this outcome is not the same for everyone and that no guarantee could be given. He also mentioned that he was conducting research on the relationship between forehead prominence surgery and headache improvement. His honesty gave me the confidence to move forward with the surgery.

It has now been three years since my forehead prominence surgery. In my personal experience, the sinus headaches that I had lived with for so many years have completely disappeared. This has made a remarkable difference in both my quality of life and my athletic performance.

Some time later, I was pleased to learn that Dr. Bayat’s research on the relationship between forehead prominence surgery and headache improvement had been accepted for publication in a scientific journal. It was reassuring to see that the topic he had honestly discussed with me during my consultation was also being investigated through scientific research.

Looking back, I would make the same decision again without hesitation. What mattered most to me was not only the surgical result but also Dr. Bayat’s honesty, careful evaluation, and the fact that he never made promises beyond what he could realistically expect.

The link to Dr. Bayat’s scientific publication will be added here once the paper is officially published.

People Often Judged Me by My Forehead Before They Knew Me

My forehead prominence was so noticeable that people often formed the wrong first impression of me. Many thought I looked angry or unfriendly before they even spoke to me. As a businessman, I felt that this sometimes affected my professional relationships and first meetings.

After researching forehead prominence surgery, I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Akbar Bayat From the beginning, I had only one request: I wanted the forehead prominence corrected, but I did not want any additional cosmetic changes. In my tribe, cosmetic procedures for men are not widely accepted, so I was not interested in having a brow lift. Keeping my appearance natural was very important to me.

Dr. Bayat carefully listened to my concerns and respected exactly what I wanted. He focused only on correcting my forehead prominence without changing the natural character of my face. The result was exactly what I had hoped for. I still look like myself just with a more balanced facial appearance.

It has now been five years since my surgery, and I am still very happy with the outcome. My father, my brother, and I all share very similar facial features. After seeing my results, my father decided to visit Dr. Bayat to plan his own forehead prominence surgery.

If I could go back, I would make the same decision again. What meant the most to me was not only the surgical result, but also the fact that Dr. Bayat listened carefully, respected my wishes, and achieved a natural result without changing who I am
