Face Feminization

Most women who wish to soften and refine their facial features can benefit from facial feminization surgery. Facial feminization surgery is also highly effective for transgender individuals (male to female), as it significantly helps create a more feminine and harmonious appearance.

First case

Face Feminization

Hello, my name is Sarina.

I am part of the LGBTQ+ community and a member of a safe space where trans people openly share their fears, challenges, and lived experiences without judgment. It was in this group that I met several friends who had undergone surgery with Dr. Bayat. Seeing their before-and-after photos was more than just noticing physical changes for me—it was seeing hope, peace, and people finally becoming who they truly are.

With that feeling in my heart, I decided to go for a consultation. The moment I entered the clinic and saw people like myself there—calm, confident, and completely open—I felt a deep sense of reassurance. For the first time, I felt truly seen and understood, in a place where I didn’t need to hide any part of who I am.

Right then, I made my final decision with confidence. Today, four months have passed since my surgery. My recovery period was surprisingly short, I experienced no significant pain, and with each passing day, I feel more at peace, more aligned, and more myself.

Second case

Face Feminization

Hello, my name is Raha.

At a party, I met one of Dr. Bayat’s clients—someone who, like me, was trans. That similarity created a deep sense of empathy between us. I have had forehead contouring and forehead shortening surgery, and one of the most special and impactful experiences for me was my Adam’s apple reduction; a change that helped me see more of my true self in the mirror. Today, I work at a pharmacy and wholeheartedly consider myself a successful woman. The sense of peace, satisfaction, and confidence I now have is truly valuable and inspiring to me.

Third case

Face Feminization

I grew up in a very conservative area in the south of the country, alongside seven brothers. But from early childhood, I knew that what was expected of me did not match the truth inside me. I never felt like a boy, and because of that, I faced strong and painful opposition from my family.

Despite all the fear, hardship, and loneliness, I decided to fight for my life. I moved to the capital. Many times I felt exhausted, but I never gave up. I worked very hard, was very patient, and step by step saved money so I could undergo the surgeries I had dreamed about for years.

Today, when I look back at my journey, I am completely satisfied with the decision I made for my life. The peace I have now is the result of the courage I gave myself during those days. From the bottom of my heart, I want to tell everyone: if you believe in your decision and have found your path, don’t be afraid to follow it.

In my opinion, for facial feminization, Dr. Bayat is one of the best, because the changes are done so naturally and delicately that not only do others not notice your past, but you yourself finally see your true self.
